    Dang Tat (1357-1409) is a reputable official born in a noble family in Ta Thien Loc village, Thien Loc district, Nghe An (currently known as Tung Loc commune, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province). According to Dang clan’s genealogy book, four generations of Dang Tat had lived in Thang Long before moving to Nghe An. His grandfather, Dang Ba Tinh was tanhua, the third graduate in palace exammination and was appointed as “hanh khien” (a high-ranking position) under Tran dynasty. Dang Tat passed a capital exammination under Tran dynasty, held important positions and trusted by Ho Quy Ly.

    Quy Lai village hall was mentioned for the first time in a document written on March 26th, 1849, under the reign of Emperor Tu Duc about renovating the two shrines where the village founders were worshipped. It is said to be constructed in the early 19th century. Ever since, the village hall was renovated several times. The major renovation carried out in 1937 (under the reign of Emperor Bao Dai) was recorded in a Sino-Vietnamese document which is now still can be found at the village.

    Born in 1444, Truong Phi Phong came from a traditional family. He was the fourth descendant of Truong Loi, the “Binh Ngo khai quoc cong than” (the one who contributed to defeating Ngo army and country’s development) under Le So dynasty (the 15th century).

    Diem Truong village's hall, shrine and tomb of Tra Quan Cong (Vinh Hung commune, Phu Loc district) was recognized as province-level historic relics on Decision No. 549/QD-UBND dated March 12th of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province.
