Having been attacked by French army several times in 1949, the house was destroyed. However, it is considered as a precious historical artifact in the resistance against French invaders. Recently, the culture house was reconstructed with 5 compartments and 2 wings. Made of solid materials, the house was then decorated with traditional materials such as bamboo, wood, soil, etc. To ensure spacious space and corridor, pillars were arranged. The multi-function hall was built to recreate the past space as well as host local meetings.
Culture house (Hoa My battlefield) was recognized as a province-level revolutionary cultural relic on Decision No. 2369/QD-UBND on October 13, 2006.
