VR Tou-hu game introduced to visitors visiting Hue Citadel

(TTH PORTALS) – On July 11, 2024, VR Center – Hue Citadel, Hue Monuments Conservation Center and IV COM Joint Stock Company introduced RV services. The Director of Hue Monuments Conservation Center Hoang Viet Trung, the Director of IV COM Joint Stock Company, leader representatives of departments, agencies and a large number of visitors attended the ceremony.

VR – "Exploring the Lost Imperial City” Center has brought visitors interesting experience, the image of Hue Imperial city 200 years ago thanks to VR content. Various services such as VR spaceship, K-XR TOUR and AR Photobooth shooting have provided visitors a wide selections while visiting Hue Citadel.

IV COM Joint Stock Company and Hue Monuments Conservation Center accelerated advanced information technology to unceasingly develop products serving visitors.

Tou-hu is one of the popular royal games under Nguyen dynasty (1802 – 1945). It requires players to throw long arrows to a pot which is put distance away. Although this game is not sophisticated, it requires players to be skillful and accurate.

Based on Tou-hu game in the past, IV COM Joint Stock Company developed VR Tou-hu so that visitors would have a new lively experience during visiting Hue Citadel.

Tou-hu VR allows visitors to have a nice experience by wearing VR headset which is equipped with the most advanced VR technology. It is a stepping stone by which visitors have a chance to learn more and be interested in the history and culture of Nguyen dynasty as well as experience a Vietnamese royal game, make contribution to widely introduce Hue cultural heritage”, Ms. Park Eun Jung – the   Director of  IV COM Joint Stock Company emphasized.
