Linh Thai tower is situated at one of the five tops of Linh Thai Mount. The hundred-meter high tower was constructed by Chams in 11th or 12th century. However, it was abandoned for a long time.

In early 20th century, traces of Linh Thai tower was surveyed and mapped by De Lason Quiere. In 1905, the relic was mentioned by Cadière in his writing.

Statues found at Linh Thai tower, for example Khishi, Garuda bird, dancer, Nandi head, etc are being stored at Danang Museum and History Department, Hue University of Sciences. Today, only some actifacts still can be seen such as a pyramidal object with 4 convex sides and 4 flat sides, a 0,95m x 0,95m square basement which is 0,37m thick and is decorated with flower petals and 28 Sankrit letters.

Linh Thai tower was recognized as national treasure by Prime Minister on Decision No. 88/QD-TTg dated January 15th 2020.
