It is said that Shiva statue was found on a river bed by locals. Then, it is worshiped at a shrine established near Thanh Phuoc village hall.

The statue features Shiva in Tandra, a dance describing the operation of the universe. Totally, the statue has 20 arms forming circles. The top two arms are over Shiva's head. The next two arms hold a statue of Visnu who is sitting with his eyes looking straight. Around the statue locates dancers singing and dancing. There are also a statue of a mother carrying a child on her back and a holy Ganesa elephant statue.

Shiva statue is made of sandstone. It is 1,1m high and 0,17m thick. Its basement is 1,28m wide and 0,12m thick.
