II. Position and functions
- Inspection Agency is a department-level agency under supervision of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC); functioning as state management agency on the fields of inspection mission; complaint and accusation resolution; implementing duties and power of inspection, complaint and accusation resolution, and corruption prevention under PPC management.
- Inspection Agency has legal status, its own seal and account, and is under guidance and management on organization and personnel of the PPC, specifically PPC Chairman, as well as specialized guidance of Governmental Inspection Agency
