On December 7th, 2018, Chairman of Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee promulgated Decion No. 2841/QD-UBND passing the modified list of projects calling for investment of Thua Thien Hue province in 2018, orientation towards 2020, investor selection information and criteria.
Accordingly, Bai Ca ecotourism destination will be constructed in Lang Co townlet, Phu Loc district, Thua Thien Hue province (border with the East sea to the North and Hai Van mountain).
Project scope: 212 ha.
Type of investment: domestic investment (no joint venture with foreign partners)
Current land use situation: 178 ha production forest; 34 ha of empty land and others.
The estimated expense on compensation and land clearance is VND 100 billion. The project aims to construct 4,5 star resort.
After 30 days since the announcement is released: if only 01 investor is interested in the project, the investment policy decision is issued as regulated. If 02 investors upwards register for the project, the investor is selected in accordance with current regulation.
