At Lang Co Beach Resort in the evening of 8 September 2012, Mr. Ngo Hoa, Permanent Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee and Mr. Phan Cong Tuyen, Permanent Member, Head of Propaganda and Education Department of the Provincial Party Committee along with related sectors and departments gave an intimate reception to Mr. Phankham Viphavanh , Member of Ministry of Politics, Minister of Education and Sports (Laos) along with representatives visiting Thua Thien Hue.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Mr. Ngo Hoa introduced the socio- economic development at the locality and informed good results of cooperation on economy, culture, tourism, etc between Thua Thien Hue province and provinces of Lao lower region. Especially, Thua Thien Hue has assisted in training, developing human resources, which meets demands of international integration. Deputy Chairman Ngo Hoa expected that in the coming period under the support of Lao Ministry of Education and Sports, activities of cooperation between the two parties will be enhanced and promoted strongly.
Mr. Phankham Viphavanh expressed his gladness and appreciated results of cooperation between Thua Thien Hue province and provinces of Lao lower region in the past. Lao Ministry of Education and Sports expected the two parties would continue to promote the cooperation on certain fields, in which the development of culture, tourism and education would be taken much care of. Thua Thien Hue would be the one which have had several advantages contributing to boost up socio- economic development between the two countries to a higher level in the coming period.
