In the morning of 05 December 2012, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Cao chaired the reception to the delegation of international investors led by Mr. Biju Ramakrishan, Executive Director of The Private Office Forex Limited (Great Britain) coming to get information of investment and business environment in Thua Thien Hue province. Leaders of related departments and sectors attended the reception.
Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Cao expressed his gladness to receive the Delegation coming to get information of investment and business in Thua Thien Hue province. Also, he generally introduces potentials and strengths of Thua Thien Hue province. In which, he emphasized that Thua Thien Hue province had a strategic position in East- West economic corridor connecting to Laos, Thailand and Myanmar; was one of provinces in the Central region’s key economic zone; had a complete infrastructure system, Phu Bai international airport, Chan May deep- water port, North- South railway. He revealed that the province also had Chan May- Lang Co economic zone, A Dot border gate economic zone and such economic zones as Phu Bai, Phong Dien, Tu Ha, La Son, Phu Da, Quang Vinh.
Chairman Nguyen Van Cao hoped that the Delegation would study to perform investment projects on industry, tourism, real estate, infrastructure, etc in Thua Thien Hue. He said Thua Thien Hue province would create the most favorable conditions for investors to study investment.
