    From November 22 to November 24, 2024, the 7th International Conference on Language, Society, and Culture in Asian Contexts - LSCAC 2024 will be jointly held at Huong Giang Hotel Resort and Spa – (51 Le Loi, Hue City) and Hue College (82 Hung Vuong, Hue City) by Hue College, State University of Malang (Indonesia), University of Hyderabad (India), Mahasarakham University (Thailand), the Institute of Cultural Anthropology (Hanoi), the Institute of Northeast Arts and Culture Research (Thailand).

    On November 15, 2024, Hue – the zero plastic waste city in Central Vietnam sponsored by WWF-Norway and the People’s Committee of Hue city held a workshop to wrap up the 2021-2024 stage and expand the project in 2025. Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue province Phan Quy Phuong, the Director of WWF Vietnam Van Thi Ngoc Thinh, the Director of “Hue – the zero plastic waste city in Central Vietnam” project Hoang Ngoc Tuong Van, H.E.     On November 9, 2024, “Tri thuc tre khoi nghiep” (youth start-up) workshop was held by Thua Thien Hue Union of Science and Technology and Thua Thien Hue Youth Union. Under the theme “Noi hoi tu y tuong va co hoi moi” (the place where new ideas and opportunities meet), the event attracted over 100 youth members, managers, experts and start-up businesses.
