Objective and scope

Objective: the project is implemented to

- Specify and complete the master planning of An Van Duong new urban area in general and zone A in particular.

- Create a highlight in planning and architecture at Vo Nguyen Giap - To Huu roundabout. It is expected to be a center for administration and commerce in An Van Duong new urban area.

- Accelerate socio-economic development of surrounding localities, especially jobs for employees during implementing the project.

- Establish the center for commerce, services and high-quality housing in central area. This construction is expected to meet tourists' demand for shopping and accommodation.

- Create a block of high-quality hotels associated with public works such as conference center, gallery, etc. It is expected to stay in harmony with local centralized administration area, ensure technical infrastructure connection from the centralized administration area and Vo Nguyen Giap - To Huu roundabout.

Scope: According to the subdivision planning, the total area of the plot of land is 29,86 ha. As planned, 26,7 ha will be handed over to investors. Regarding to the sky bridge on Vo Nguyen Giap and To Huu roundabout connecting surrounding high-rise buildings. Its width and floor area is 25m and 14.500m2 respectively. The bridge will be partly used for services and commerce purpose. The area to be handed over to investors will be specified in detail after competent agency approves design, operation and exploitation options.

Address: Plots of land OTM4, OTM6, TM-DV4, CX2, LK16, LK17, CC12, CTR20, CTR21 in zone A - An Van Duong new urban area, An Dong ward, Xuan Phu ward, Hue city.

- The project site borders with the Nhu Y river and the offices of competent agencies to the north, To Huu street and plot of land CX9 to the south, the Nhu Y river and Vo Nguyen Giap street to the east, Vo Nguyen Giap street and plot of land CC2, TM-DV1, TDC4 and CTR 6 to the west.

Contact

Project progress: The contract must be implemented within 96 months including 36 months of technical infrastructure investment. The investment progress is tracked since the project site is handed over 75%.
