Objective and scope
|
Investment objective: Embellish the area along the Huong River; construct high-quality tourism site staying in harmony with the surrounding neighborhood and create a highlight on the south of the Huong River.
Project scope and characteristic:
- High-end services areas (without accommodation) with low construction density and prioritized green space. The architecture stays in harmony with regional landscape, synchronized technical infrastructure and suitably arranged accesses.
- The project should be compatible with KOICA-sponsored project on embellishing and investing on the Huong riverbank, the overall architecture of the surrounding neighborhood and other relevant areas as regulated.
- Grow and take care of trees and flowers within construction boundary line (40m) of Huong river pedestrian street bordering with the plot of land located at 05 Le Loi street (approved by Construction Department only).
