While the two middle pillars of the gate are 4,10m high and 0,48m wide. The two sided ones are 3,60m high and 0,48m wide. They are decorated with lotus, flowers, leaves and distiches. The screen is 2,90m high, 4m wide and 0,58m thick. Behind the screen locates a 1,50m high incensory made of brick and cement. The meeting house is a three-compartment, two-wing house which is 17.80m long and 10,60m wide. There are totally 8 large pillars and 12 small ones. Details are made of iron wood, Merawan Giaza wood and decorated with stylized flowers and leaves. Constructed in "thuong song ha ban" style, the offering house is 10,50m high and 15,90m wide. Similar to the meeting space, this glazed tile-roofed house also had its details made from iron wood and decorated with stylized flower and leave. The middle compartment worships village founders. The left one is devoted to people making contribution to the village and families while the right side is the place to worship ancestors.

Phu Xuan village hall is a unique architecture built in Hue Imperial City, which proves the establishment and development of Phu Xuan capital. The construction was recognized as national relic on Decision No. 2754/QDBT dated October 15th, 1994.
