Hue traditional cuisine week 2024 themed “Am thuc Hue voi bon phuong” attracts localities such as Ha Long, Danang, Nha Trang, highlands, Vung Tau, Kien Giang, Can Tho, Hue and Ho Chi Minh city, etc.
With 71 stalls, 02 spaces of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company, main sponsor and these other two sliver sponsors namely Cholimex Food Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Cuisine Art School.
- “Am thuc truyen thong Hue” is the main space with 20 stalls where Hue traditional cuisine is exhibited and showcased. Visitors will have a chance to experience, enjoy and observe artisans while they are preparing dishes during “Am thuc truyen thong Hue” contest.
- “Am thuc Hue voi bon phuong” is the space where the quintessence of country-wide cuisine are showcased. Visitors will not only enjoy a wide variety of dishes, but also be introduced to culinary culture and unique features of each region via dishes cooked by master chef and artisans across Vietnam.
- “Am thuc duong pho” space brings together 12 stalls in which a wide variety kinds of street food are introduced.
- In “Gioi thieu san pham thuong mai, am thuc chay va cac san pham OCOP Hue” space, there are 06 vegetarian food stalls, 18 commercial and tourism stalls of sponsors and 05 OCOP Hue product stalls.
In addition to the 2nd “Am thuc truyen thong Hue” contest, there will also be many other exciting activities such as “Dem Kinh do Hue – Tho, Ao dai va Am thuc” (Hue ancient capital night – poem, Ao dai and cuisine) in which 105 sets of aodai, 105 Hue dishes and 105 silk pages of calligraphy written about Hue dishes are introduced, voluntary programs, art performance, artisans cooking traditional dishes, experience cooking, etc.
