Thua Thien Hue Management Board of Investment Projects on Agricultural Works and Rural Development is the public non-business unit under the management of the provincial People's Committee. It operates in accordance with the mechanism on financial autonomy, self-assurance of regular expenditure as regulated on Decision No. 141/2016/ND-CP dated October 10th, 2016 of the Government regulating autonomy mechanism applied to public non-business units engaged in non-business economic and other non-business activities.
The Management Board has legal status, private seal and account at Thua Thien Hue State Treasury, commercial banks for transaction as regulated.
