The program will begin with “Sarang-ga”, a peformance about the sweet and passionate love. With gentle and emotional dances, this performance will help audiences feel the love in South Korea traditional culture. Next, Gyeong-seodao which is usually sung during working time to create a joyful atmosphere and encourage workers will be introduced.
Joining in the program, Hue Royal Art Theater contributes “dai nhac”, “tieu nhac”, royal dance and court music performances.
Gyeonggi Traditional Music Association will bring traditional singing and dance which are intangible cultural heritages of South Korea such as Thai Binh dance – Tae Pyung Mu and Salmunori traditional dance. Derived from traditional culture, these dances are associated with Korean unique features. Folk songs from Gyeonggi, for example Noraetgarak, Cheongchunga, Changbu Taryeong or Seodo Minyo show the joy in daily life, feelings about life, the criticizing of ups and downs in the society. Audiences got a chance to listen and discover folk songs from different parts of South Korea.
