Thua Thien Hue announces social housing projects calling for investment in An Van Duong new urban area

The People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province recently promulgated decisions on calling for investment in social housing projects in An Van Duong new urban area. This is an attempt to meet the need of social utilities of low-income people, fulfill the demand for house as well as contribute to local socio-economic development.

The social house project in XH1 area of Zone B will be deployed in the area of 18.551m2 with the expense of VND 920 billion. The maximum construction area and floor area is 7.420m2 and 133.567m2 respectively. As planned, over 1.400 social houses and 280 apartments will be constructed (Decision No. 1750/QD-UBND dated July 17th, 2020).

Kicked off in the area of 7,9 ha, the social housing project in XH6 area of Zone E has the total expense of VND 1.321 billion. Its maximum construction area and floor area is 31.600 m2 and 284.400 m2. Up to 1.900 social houses and 380 commercial apartments will be built (Decision No. 1751/QD-UBND dated July 17th, 2020).

The social house project in XH1 area of Zone C will be ran with the minimum expense of VND 600 billion (compensation and clearance expense excluded). The project will be deployed in the area of 31.847m with the maximum construction area of 31.847m2 and floor area of 100.320m2. It is expected that 1.000 social houses and 200 commercial apartments will be constructed in this project (Decision No. 1819/QD-UBND dated July 23rd, 2020).

The social house project in XH1 area of Zone E has the total expense of about VND 1.200 billion. The maximum construction and floor area is 13.328 m2 and 199.930m2 respectively (Decision No. 1820/QD-UBND dated July 23rd, 2020).
