On March 20, 2023, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province approved Decision No.591/QD-UBND on receiving the non-refundable aid which is excluded from the official non-project assistance sponsored by Dream Fulfilled Relief Organization (DFRO, Canada).
Accordingly, the aid is aimed to encourage disadvantaged students who achieved good or very good studying results to continue their schooling by granting 8 scholarships which cost VND 73.718.000 (seventy-three million, seven hundred eighteen thousand Vietnamese dong) in total.
Chairman of the provincial People's Committee assigned Thua Thien Hue Union of Friendship Organizations to receive and conduct the project as regulated.
