Provincial leader offered flowers at Hue city's martyr cemetery
Celebrating the 73rd anniversary of Vietnamese War Invalids' and Martyrs' Day (July 27th, 1947 - July 27th, 2020), various activities were held across Thua Thien Hue province to show the gratefulness of today generation to ancestors who sacrificed for national independence and freedom.

On July 27th, the leader delegation of provincial Party Committee, provincial People's Council, provincial Fatherland Front, Hue city’s Fatherland Front offered incense and placed wreaths of flower at Hue city's martyr cemetery. Previously, "Thap lua truyen thong - sang mai niem tin" program were held at Huong Dien martyr cemetery (Phong Dien district) and cemeteries in all communes and wards of Huong Tra town on July 26th night. On this occasion, Quang Dien district also presented 2.800 gifts with a combined value of VND 534 million to families of martyrs and invalids, heroic Vietnamese mothers, families under preferential treatment policy and families with meritorious services to the revolution.

These activities contributed to extending the gratitude and Vietnamese "Uong nuoc nho nguon" (Drinking water, remember its source) tradition as well as educating today and tomorrow young generations about national revolutionary tradition.
