An Introduction to Hue architecture

Hue architecture is a diverse collection of royal architecture, folk architecture, religious architecture, modern and traditional architecture, etc. The complex architecture constructed under Nguyen dynasty is considered as the most meticulous and massive construction. Each construction is a completed unique artwork partly representing distinctive phylosophy, spiritual and aesthetic values which contribute to making Hue become "urban masterpiece poem".

* Hue urban architecture is derived from "tao canh" architecture which features nature and architecture harmony. Thanks to its distinctive style, the complex of capital architecture, temple, tomb and houses are in hamony with  romantic natural landscapes including river, stream, mountain, forest and mudflat in Hue. Hue is the city of garden villas and "tao canh" architecture. Regards to the reason that Hue was selected to be the ancient capital, Nguyen dynasty's national history agency had detail explaination in writing. Regards to feng shui concept, Hue capital was constructed in harmony with river and mountain as well as yin and yang elements. This forms a "tao canh" architecture space featuring mysterious phylosophy.
