II. Positions and Functions:
1. Study history and cultural values of Hue monuments complex. Carry out activities to preserve, restore, embellish, and enhance material and spiritual cultural heritage values of Hue monuments complex. Restore and enhance step by step Hue traditional cultural values.
2. Manage and protect movable and immovable monuments. Prevent the monuments from being violated. Co-ordinate closely with local authorities and other offices in many fields to diffuse and mobilize people to participate in the task of monuments protection; since then, socialize the task of monuments protection and restoration.
3. Exploit all economic potentialities of Hue monuments complex by appropriate forms in order to improve income for the local budget.
