(TTH Portals) - On June 7, 2024, the Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Phuong had a meeting with the Ambassador of Malaysia to Vietnam, H.E. Mr. Dato Tan Yang Thai during his visit to Thua Thien Hue province on Hue International Arts Festival Week.
At the meeting, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue province Nguyen Van Phuong warmly welcomed the Ambassador of Malaysia to Vietnam on Hue International Arts Festival Week occasion. Ambassadors in particular and international guests in general will contribute to the success of the event.
On this visit, Chairman Nguyen Van Phuong hoped that Malaysian art troupes will join coming Festival seasons, contributing to the diversity of Hue Festival.
Chairman wished that the Ambassador would discuss with Malaysian investors to survey and cooperate in fields, particularly tourism.
The Ambassador of Malaysia to Vietnam was impressed by the beauty of Hue city and wished the province a successful festival season. H.E. Ambassador Dato Tan Yang Thai kindly informed that a direct air route from Malaysia to Danang is now available, creating favorable condition for investors to learn more about localities in Central Vietnam including Thua Thien Hue province.
As the Ambassador of Malaysia to Vietnam, H. E. Ambassador Dato Tan Yang Thai affirmed to introduce Hue to investors and dispatch Malaysian art troupes to coming Festival seasons.
