On Decision 1982/QD-UBND dated July 22nd, 2023, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province approved the non-refundable aid which is excluded from the official grant of “Xay lap san bong da co nhan tao cho cac em khiem thi song tai Trung tam Giao duc Huong nghiep tre em mu truc thuoc Hoi Nguoi mu tinh Thua Thien Hue” (constructing artificial football field for visually impaired children living at Thua Thien Hue Education and Career Counseling Center for Visually Impaired Children) project. Sponsored by Enfance Espoir (the Republic of France), the total aid granted was VND 147.450.000 (one hundred, forty-seven million, four hundred fifty thousand Vietnamese dong).
Accordingly, Enfance Espoir will help visually impaired children at Thua Thien Hue Education and Career Counseling Center for Visually Impaired Children to have opportunity to play, practice, learn solf skills, engage into family and society. In 2024, Enfance Espoir will construct an artificial football field whose area is about 180m2, so that visually impaired children would have an opportunity to play football, learn, share and develop skills to engage into the community.
It was clearly stated in the decision that the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province is the project manager while Thua Thien Hue Association of the Visually Impaired is the owner of the project.
