1. Provide targeted support from central budget from 2010 to arrange Thua Thien Hue province to implement the proposal. Prioritize projects related to essential infrastructure such as transportation, water supply, famine eradication, poverty alleviation, disaster prevention and environmental protection.
2. Investment projects in Tam Giang - Cau Hai lagoon area are entitled to preferential mechanism and policies at high level which is applied to areas with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions as regulated law on investment and other relevant laws.
3. The following investment projects in Tam Giang - Cau Hai lagoon region enjoy 10% corporate income tax in 30 years;
- Investment projects on solar or wind power;
- Projects on conservation and development of aquatic and marine gene sources.
4. Domestic corporates in different economic sectors having manufacture or business investment projects in Tam Giang - Cau Hai lagoon region will be entitled to various credit preferences under current State regulations on development investment credit.
