(TTH Portals) - On April 17, 2024, the standing member of the provincial Party Committee, Vice Permanent Chairman of the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue province Nguyen Thanh Binh had a courtesy meeting with delegates from Linyi city, Shandong province, China. The delegation was led by the deputy mayor of Linyi city Tuyen Tan Duong. The representatives of relevant departments and agencies attended the meeting.
On behalf of leaders of Thua Thien Hue province, Vice Permanent Chairman warmly welcomed the delegation to Thua Thien Hue province and briefly informed local socio-economic development in the past time. The leader of Thua Thien Hue province emphasized that this visit was the beginning of the cooperative relation established between the framework of the 12th East Asia Local and Regional Government Congress held in Linyi city. It was expected to accelerate the collaboration, upgrade the friendly relation between Thua Thien Hue and Linyi city, Shandong province.
Vice Permanent Chairman of the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue province Nguyen Thanh Binh hoped that the two parties would further exchange in fields concerned by both parties. On this basis, Chinese logistic and commercial enterprises looking for investment opportunity in the province would be connected. Thua Thien Hue looked forward to attracting investors, providers, enterprises to distribute local key products, OCOP products, agricultural products, aquaculture products to consumers, distribution system, commercial centers and retail supermarkets in Linyi city as well as other localities in China.
To further promote the potentials and strengths of the two sides, Vice Permanent Chairman Nguyen Thanh Binh hoped that the two parties would exchange, accelerate friendly and cooperative relation in various fields; encourage and create every favorable condition for enterprises to participate in trade promotion activities such as fair, workshop, etc; connect destinations by introducing destinations and encourage travel agents to develop tourism route to each country.
