The festival attracts about 150 vehicles. There will be 100 sailboats, 12 water scooters, 15 jet boards and 15 paragliders.
As planned, sail boats will set off from Tuan Chau beach on August 24, 2024 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. Then, they will return to the beach in front of Ha Long park. After the parade, sail boats will gather together, creating a highlight for the performance of paragliders, jet boards and water scooter.
From 5:00 to 8:00 PM, water scooters will set off from Hon Gai port, have parade with national flags and fire flares along the beach to the area in front of Ha Long park where jet boards will perform. In the meantime, paragliders will also depart from 30/10 square and access the area.
