Objective and scope:
|
Project objective: Investing in the construction and business of technical infrastructure of the industrial zone.
Project scope and characteristic: Pursuant to the Master Plan of Phong Dien Industrial Zone approved on Decision No. 2593/QD-UBND dated December 13th, 2010. The scope and characteristic of the project should meet the following criteria:
- Be a clean industrial zone which is unlikely to pollute the environment. The industrial zone (IZ) is the place where factories specializing in high-tech industry, light industry and clean industry in accordance with the approved plan are located.
- Invest in constructing the technical infrastructure of a synchronous and modern industrial zone; connect the IZ's technical infrastructure with regional and planning infrastructure, increase green space for a green and clean IZ.
- Call for secondary investors to ensure requirements regarding to technical and social infrastructure in the industrial zone.
