Objectives and scope
|
Investment objective: the urban area will be constructed to
- Specify and complete the master plan of An Van Duong new urban area in general and zone E - An Van Duong new urban area in particular; contribute to better the image of Thuy van commune, Huong Thuy town, Thua Thien Hue province.
- Invest in regional technical infrastructure; establish a new urban area fully equipped with social infrastructure institutions, meeting standards for a green and modern urban area.

- It borders with the plot of land TH2 to the north, green trees grown along the Nhu Y River to the south, plot of land XH6 to the east, Thuy Duong street (Thuan An town) to the west.
