Like other Vietnamese villages in general and coastal ones in particular, fish sauce making has been a cultural tradition of Tan Thanh village, Quang Cong commune, Quang Dien district. Fish sauce products, rustically called shrimp paste, the sauce of tiny shrimp, fish sauce and so forth are indispensable dishes of locals.
